Information
Please read our Terms and Conditions before placing any order.
We reserve the right to amend these at any time. Where specified: "You" refers to you the customer, and "Us" and "We" being
"SALTWATER ARTS" the company not the artists themselves. When
placing an order you agree to be bound by these
terms.
Ordering
Use our 'Add to Basket' buttons to select your items. Note
that you can return to the shopping cart from any page on this site using the
'View Basket' button at the top right of each page. You may
add and remove items from the basket at any time. When you are
ready you may go to the checkout to complete the order (this is
found on the shopping basket page). Upon completion you will automatically receive a confirmation email and if you have chosen
Paypal as your payment method you will also receive confirmation that payment has been
made. Once your order has been despatched we will send you another email advising you that your order is on its way.
Should you decide to pay by cheque (UK residents only) we will only
despatch your goods after the funds have been cleared. Usually
3 - 5 days.
Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or credit/debit card. Please make all cheques payable to
"SALTWATER ARTS" and enclose your order number with your
cheque. Post cheques to:

For a prompt delivery and security we recommend paying
by credit/debit card via Paypal.
UK postal charges
We reserve the right to change our delivery methods at
anytime. We will notify you by email should your order be
delayed for any reason. A contribution to our postage costs will automatically be
added to the shopping basket, upto a maximum of £6.50.
Orders
are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce (usually 2 - 3 days)
Please
note we now have no minimum order!

International Orders
We are hoping to accept international orders soon. Please
email us if you would like to be informed when we can deliver to
your country.
Despatch
If payment is made by cheque, orders will be despatched upon cheque clearance. Usually within
3 - 5 days. If payment is made via
credit/debit card goods will usually be despatched within 48 hours. We do not
usually despatch goods on weekends.
Our delivery target for the UK is 2 - 3 days but please allow up to
7 days during the summer season.
Out
of Stock Items
We endeavor to hold
enough stock for all orders, however should any items be out of
stock we will contact you by email and inform you of the expected
delivery date. Should you find the delay too long, you may
request a refund.
